Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please also check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Tracking information may not update immediately after a package is dispatched. Carrier scans can also take time to appear during transit. Please check again later for the latest status.
My package appears delayed. What should I do?
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number so we can assist you.
Tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package.
Please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package. If you still cannot locate it, contact the local carrier and our customer service team for assistance.
